FINAL RANKING LISTS OF ADMITTED CANDIDATES AND ENROLLMENT DEADLINE FOR THE FIRST YEAR OF STUDY FOR THE 2025/26 ACADEMIC YEAR.

The final ranking list of admitted candidates, adopted at the meeting of the Scientific and Teaching Council on 09.07.2025, can be found at the following link (Final rang-list 2025 July)

Candidates who took the entrance exam and gained the right to enroll in the first year of studies in the academic year 2025/2026 at the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica are hereby informed that enrollment will take place as follows:

• Enrollment of accepted candidates will be done from 10.07.2025. until 16.07.2025. year from 10:00 to 13:00 after the final ranking list is published.
• U Thursday, 17.07.2025. years in the time from 10,00 to 13.00 h, in the event that not all admitted candidates enroll, the quota will be filled by departments from the list of rejected candidates according to the number of points. Candidates who were below the prescribed enrollment quota on the ranking list will be able to enroll in this term if there are remaining vacancies.
• U Friday, July 18, 2025 in the time from 10,00 to 13.00, candidates who were not admitted to the Software Engineering department will be able to enroll as a self-financing student until the quota is filled in order of points.

Admitted students who do not enroll within the predetermined period will be considered to have abandoned their enrollment.

When registering, you must submit the following:

1. Medical certificate
2. Two photos measuring 4×6 cm (for index)
3. MANDATORY - Original documents from high school (diploma + certificates from I-IV grades)
4. 3 x Study contract in 3 copies, filled in with correct information and signed by the student (STUDY AGREEMENT.pdf)
5. 1 x Statement (certified in the municipality or by a notary) on acceptance of the obligation to pay tuition fees, only for the Software Engineering department in the status of self-financing (STATEMENT.pdf)
6. Payment slips (enrollment material and tuition fee*), they are on the notice board of the Faculty and on the website PAYMENT RECEIPTS
