FINAL RANKING LIST of candidates who have gained the right to enroll in the first year of the second cycle of studies in the academic year 2025/2026 at the Polytechnic Faculty in Zenica

Based on the criteria stipulated in the Decision on the criteria and standards for determining the order of admission of candidates for enrollment, the Final Ranking List of candidates for enrollment in the 1st year of the 2nd cycle of studies was adopted at the session of the NNV of the Polytechnic Faculty, which can be viewed at link.

By the decision of the NNV, it was adopted that the enrollment will be at the Department of Manufacturing Business, the Department of Software Engineering and the Department of Civil Engineering. 

Enrollment of accepted students will be October 14th and 15th, 2025. from 12:00 to 16:00.

When enrolling, candidates are required to submit:

• Medical certificate;
• 2 x photos (format 6×4);
• Study contract – 3x, (all);
• Statement of payment of expenses, certified by the municipality or notary (for regular-self-financing and extraordinary);
• paid payment slip of 20.50 KM for registration material;
  paid payment slip of 50.00 KM - tuition fee for regular studies
                                      1,500.00 KM – tuition fee for full-time self-financing and part-time studies (Manufacturing Business and Construction)
                                     2.500,00 KM – tuition for software engineers *

*NOTE:
Students who have the status of regular self-financing and part-time students can pay their tuition in installments, with the first installment paid upon enrollment in the first (first) semester, the second installment upon enrollment in the second (second) semester, and the third upon certification of the second (second) semester.

I will ask all those who have not submitted the following documents to bring them during registration:
1. application/application for enrollment in master's studies
2. CV / short biography
3. Birth certificate, original
4. Certificate of citizenship, original
5. Diploma or Graduation Certificate (certified copy)
6. Supplement diploma (certified copy) or Certificate of passed exams (original)
7. Payment slip of 5.00 KM (processing of documents for the ranking list)
